FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Charge Boss Enters a New Chapter Under BRAUMS Pty Ltd

Charge Boss today announced its transition to new ownership, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of one of Australia’s trusted EV charging networks.

Effective 28 April 2026, Charge Boss has been acquired by BRAUMS Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned leader in intelligent transport systems, parking technology, roadway lighting, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

This transition represents a strategic step forward for the Charge Boss brand and its partners, ensuring continued growth in line with the rapidly expanding demand for EV charging solutions across accommodation, commercial, and residential sectors.

BRAUMS brings deep technical expertise, established infrastructure capability, and national operational scale. Under its leadership, Charge Boss will continue to operate as a trusted brand, with an enhanced ability to deliver future-ready EV charging solutions and long-term support to partners and site owners across Australia.

Importantly, there will be no disruption to existing Charge Boss sites, services, or user experience. Partners can expect the same level of service and reliability that has defined the brand, now supported by expanded technical resources and a strengthened national platform.

Emma Allen, Director of Charge Boss, who is stepping back following the acquisition, said the transition had been undertaken with careful consideration to ensure alignment in values, vision, and long-term commitment to partners.

“From the outset, Charge Boss was built on a commitment to integrity, service excellence, and delivering meaningful infrastructure that supports the future of mobility.

In BRAUMS, we have found a team that not only brings significant capability, but shares a similar approach to partnership, quality, and long-term thinking. I am confident the Charge Boss brand is in very capable hands, and that this next chapter will continue to build on the strong foundation we have created.”

Since its inception, Charge Boss has played a key role in supporting the rollout of EV charging amenities across hotels and clubs, residential developments, and commercial sites nationwide helping partners align with evolving ESG priorities and guest expectations.

The transition to BRAUMS is expected to further strengthen this position, providing partners with increased scalability, deeper infrastructure expertise, and continued innovation in EV charging technology.

As the business enters this next phase, Emma Allen expressed her gratitude to partners and stakeholders who have supported the journey.

“It has been a privilege to work alongside our partners and contribute to the growth of EV infrastructure across Australia. I strongly believe in the future of this industry and the role Charge Boss will continue to play within it.

I wish the BRAUMS team every success as they lead the business forward.”

With a strong foundation in place and aligned leadership guiding its future, Charge Boss is well positioned to continue supporting partners with reliable, future-focused EV charging solutions.

This transition represents not an endpoint, but a continuation, one that reinforces the brand’s commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term partnership as the industry evolves.

Charge Boss and BRAUMS will work closely over the coming month to ensure a seamless transition and continued delivery of services to all partners and customers.
